¹ The AI budget is shared across CONTROL, ORCHESTRATE and DELEGATE. ² A run counts as one started workflow, however many steps it has. Technical retries caused by platform errors are not charged; model usage is recorded separately.

Enterprise — your own infrastructure, your own brand, a direct customer relationship
In addition to the AI Automation Suite:
- Self-hosting of the platform in your own data centre or a private cloud
- White-labelling with your own logo, domain and adapted interface
- Customer organisations with separate data and access rights
- Your own identity provider and single sign-on
- Connection of your own AI models or model access
- Extended audit exports and agreed retention periods
- Prioritised support; binding response times via a separate SLA
Transparent billing as you grow
- CONTROL runtime: lifetime licences by I/O class, separate from the platform package. Updates and maintenance are included for 24 months, after that the existing maintenance model applies.
- Additional managed devices: add as needed, with volume tiers; an individual volume offer from 1,000 devices.
- Additional engineering users: add as needed.
- Service and read-only users: no extra user fee within the agreed scope of use.
- Additional workflow runs: add in blocks of 1,000 runs.
- Additional AI usage: a separate, pre-approved budget with a usage display and a cost limit.
- Enterprise set-up: one-off, for installation, branding and onboarding.
CONTROL already runs on your own hardware in the smaller packages. Self-hosting in the Enterprise package means running the entire engineering, management and AI platform.
Enterprise and white-labelling
The Enterprise package includes one brand identity, one production platform instance and one test instance. With it you look after your own customers under your own brand.
If you want to resell the platform independently as a partner or run several independent brands, we agree an OEM model with its own framework contract.
Self-hosting lowers hosting costs but does not replace the software licence: further development, updates and support remain part of the Enterprise subscription.
