Together with ESA Automation, we will be demonstrating at SPS 2024 in Nuremberg from November 12 to 14, 2024 how classic input via a monitor can be replaced by innovative voice input. The hardware used consists of a Windows PC in combination with a web panel. Voice input is carried out via the powerful Creoir EdgeVUI™ software, which converts speech into MQTT topics and sends them to the Mosquitto MQTT broker.
logiccloud Control reads these MQTT topics and processes them in the PLC program. Connected sensors and actuators are linked to the PLC via Modbus TCP and are switched according to the control program. This seamless interaction enables efficient and intuitive control without the need for conventional input devices.
